RF550VPN/RF560VPN Reference Guide – Using Advanced Settings 15
5. Select the protocol to be used from the Protocol drop-down list box: All, TCP or UDP. For this
example use All.
6. Enter the client IP Address Range. For this example we want only the Windows 2000 system at
192.168.2.100 to have access to the WAN side of the RF550VPN/RF560VPN. Therefore, specify the
IP Address Range From: 192.168.2.100 To: 192.168.2.100.
7. Enter the client Destination Port Range. For this example we want access to all HTTP (port 80)
sites on the Internet. Therefore, specify the Destination Port Range as 80 ~ 80. If access to all
ports is desired, set the port range to 1 ~ 65535.
8. Click the Add button to display this entry at the lower part of the screen.
9. Continue adding other table entries as needed. When complete, click the Submit button.
This completes the configuration of LAN filtering on the RF550VPN/RF560VPN for scenario one.
